Kroger's Success Story in Online Grocery Logistics

During the realization period of the project, Kroger was under great time and expectation pressure. As our fulfillment center was still under construction, we had almost 90,000 Utz totes delivered from the UK and then only labeled in the USA. We are very grateful to Utz for relieving us of this extra work with an efficient labeling assembly line! This left us free to face the additional challenges, with the central focus on setting up smooth logistics. 

For almost a year now, our partners at Utz have been providing Kroger stakeholders with support and assurance, in weekly video calls so that everything can be implemented according to plan. As the imponderables caused by the pandemic were in particular view, Kroger very much appreciates the willingness to communicate, the openness, and the adherence to deadlines when complying with the defined check points!
